FAQS

Thank you for your patience during the high volume deployments of the COVID-19 pandemic. Here are the most frequent questions from our healthcare candidates before they create an online profile.

What specialties are needed and how much experience?

No experience needed for this particular health crisis. As long as you have an active license you are approved to work. Please apply online, as all specialties are needed at this time.

What is the state licenses are accepted?

Every US State License in good standing is accepted during this state of emergency.

Do you provide PPE?

Yes. All PPE is provided. You will not be asked to work without PPE.

What is the duration of a deployment?

Each deployment is a 21 day commitment. A client may approve a candidate to renew for a guaranteed 60 hours after the initial 21 day deployment.

What jobs do you have available?

Please create an online account to follow the job notifications. There are hundreds of positions available throughout each year. For high volume urgent deployments, we may also post notifications on Facebook and Twitter

Am I rostered?

Please check your online profile to determine if you are eligible for deployment. You may also call our customer service line at 888-222-6359.

Can I work if I arrive at the deployment destination?

No. All background checks and license verifications are a required part of our candidate screening. Our staff will speak with each candidate to collect this information and officially activate each candidate before approving their eligibility.

What other locations are hiring?

Can I work in a different role (RN, NP, PA)?

You can work as an RN if your RN license is in good standing. In this instance, you would be paid the RN rate. You may also call our customer service line at 888-222-6359 to discuss your certifications after your online account is completed.

Can I bring my children, spouse, or pets on a deployment?

Unfortunately, no for COVID-19. The rules and regulations of social distancing must be enforced.

Who is my IMT staff?

The Incident Management Team (IMT) is located in the lobby of the hotel.

How do I file a compliant against an IMT?
